Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Trade Corporation (JSFT) is a holding branch company of Jiangsu Overseas Group Corporation (JOC).

JSFT was founded in 1984 and was the first one to obtain the export & import license of foreign trade corporations in Jiangsu Province. In the past twenty years, JSFT has taken ?Good Reputation, Perfection?as her quality policy to establish a competitive and influential international trading company. JSFT has always served as the main channel of import business in Jiangsu Province and has been appointed by the State Ministry of Foreign Economy and Trade and Jiangsu Province Government as one of the top import companies. Besides the import & export business and domestic business, JSFT establishes joint ventures, deals with proxy import & export business, toll processing business with materials, samples of technical drawings supplied by buyers, compensation trade, transmit trade and trade with Taiwan. Till the first half year of 2004, JSFT's import & export value has amounted to USD 7 billion, Steels, timber, chemical raw materials, wool, paper pulp and waste paper are JSFT's core import business. While the import of single machine and complete sets of equipment is also an important part of her business. In the past years, JSFT has complete sets of equipment worth of hundreds of millions US dollars successfully imported for thousands of customers, such as post & telecommunication equipment, textile mechanism, tobacco machinery, medical instruments, meters, and so on. Meanwhile, JSFT managed to undertake the import projects with loans from Governments of Germany, France and Sweden. JSFT is also active in export business, such as textiles, clothing, light industry, machinery, chemical materials, pharmaceuticals, and shares good business relationship with more than 90 countries and regions around the world.

In 1993, JSFT was reformed to a limited corporation. In the end of 2000, JSFT obtained ISO9002 certificate.
